Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the billing settings in the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You'll see a clear notification in the dashboard. Hard limits (prompts, prompt runs, users) block new actions until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Feedback is always accepted, but AI features (severity analysis, issue detection) pause when the processing limit is reached. Paid plans have higher limits and you can always add seat add-ons.
What counts as a prompt run?
A prompt run is a single API call to execute a prompt version through the Cobbl SDK. Each call to the run endpoint counts as one prompt run against your monthly allowance.
How do seat add-ons work?
The Pro plan includes a set number of seats. If you need more team members, you can purchase additional seats directly from the billing settings. Each add-on seat is billed monthly.

Yes. The Pro plan comes with a free trial so you can explore the full capacity before being charged. No credit card required to start on the Free tier.
